Role Overview
We are looking for a Cash Management / Corporate Collections Project Manager to lead delivery of corporate banking solutions focused on payments, liquidity management, and treasury services. The role will drive real-time capabilities and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise architecture.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead project manager for corporate cash management and collections initiatives.
- Manage implementation of modules including collections, payments, pooling, sweeping, and reconciliation.
- Drive delivery of corporate payment channels and API-based banking capabilities.
- Integrate solutions with core banking systems and CRM platforms.
- Oversee corporate onboarding processes and transaction lifecycle automation.
- Ensure compliance with KSA payment regulations including SAMA and SARIE.
- Track delivery progress, milestones, and risks across workstreams.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate progress and key decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in cash management or transaction banking programs.
- Strong understanding of corporate payment systems and treasury solutions.
- Experience with API-based banking architecture and integrations.
- Experience in GCC banking environments preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery capabilities.
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs and agile environments is a plus.
