Role Description The Project Manager role at CEC is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar. The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, monitoring resource allocation, and identifying risks and mitigation actions. The role also involves supervising expediting activities, tracking materials and equipment, overseeing logistics, and ensuring inspections are completed in line with quality and regulatory standards. The Project Manager prepares status reports, maintains project documentation, and supports continuous improvement in project processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management experience and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control in engineering or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, site deliveries, and inventory tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Al Khobar and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with project management software and tools; familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements is beneficial.
