Role Purpose
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate end-to-end projects (for example: new production line installations, coating system roll-outs, facility upgrades, or customer-specific solutions) within the Middle East region.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or Project Management; preferably Master's or PMP/Prince2 certification
- Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally within manufacturing, coatings/chemicals, or industrial plant/turn-key projects
- Strong track record of delivering complex technical projects (budget, schedule, scope) in a global/multi-site environment
- Experience working in the Middle East region (UAE/KSA) or familiarity with EMEA project execution contexts is a strong advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work across cultures and functions
- Proficiency with project management tools/software, ability to build and maintain detailed schedules and budgets
- Strong problem-solver, organised, able to prioritise, handle competing demands and drive results under pressure
- Good understanding of HSE, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks in manufacturing/industrial context
