PROJECT MANAGER FIT OUT

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager with below requirements.

Duties and responsibilities:

Preferable to have experience in the fit out works for Banks and governmental projects and if has experience with luxury villa also could be an added advantage.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Direct presentation and negotiation with clients.

Monitor the project progress and achieve the target deadline.

Ensure client satisfaction.

Good experience in claim variations, and preparing progress reports.

Managing and coordinating with the subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, interior designing or civil Engineering.

Minimum 10 years in FITOUT Is a Must.

Excellent Communication skill.

very good in excel.

Problem-solving.

Cost controls.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
