Job Description
Classera is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a strategic project in Saudi Arabia.
The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and coordination across technical and business teams to ensure delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through implementation, delivery, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide clear status reports to senior management.
- Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and escalation processes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project governance standards.
- Lead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Support UAT, implementation, go-live, and post-launch activities.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience working with SaaS, LMS, EdTech, or technology projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and change management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
