Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Lead and manage the program comprehensively to ensure the effective implementation of all project phases, including assessment, career guidance, training, employment, and partnership management, while ensuring the achievement of project performance indicators, quality standards, and strategic objectives.

Monthly Salary: 22k-25k plus medical and annual tickets.

Arabic Language is a Must!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of all project phases and ensure their integration and achievement of objectives.
  • Manage various teams, including operations, training, career guidance, employment, and the smart platform.
  • Develop and monitor project implementation plans, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with the project owner, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee the development and approval of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and ensure the quality of their outputs.
  • Monitor the implementation of training programs and ensure alignment with participant needs and labor market requirements.
  • Supervise employment initiatives and partnerships with public and private sector organizations.
  • Monitor the development and operation of the smart platform and ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Manage operational risks and challenges and implement appropriate solutions to ensure continuity.
  • Prepare executive and periodic progress reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance policies, confidentiality requirements, and data protection regulations.
  • Oversee project impact measurement and analysis of outcomes and success indicators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree and/or professional certifications in Project Management or Organizational Development are preferred.

Preferred Professional Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Program Management Certification
  • Certifications in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Change Management

Experience Required

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project or strategic program management.
  • Experience managing training, professional development, or employment projects.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Experience in large-scale government or national projects is preferred.
