Job Description – Project Manager (Luxury Hotel Project)

Position Summary

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a luxury hotel construction project, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety, and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the luxury hotel project from mobilization to handover.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress, risks, variations, and cost performance.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to maintain project milestones.
• Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the project team to achieve successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience managing luxury hotel or high-end hospitality construction projects.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale hotel developments.
• Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, planning, cost control, and quality management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
