Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team immediately for a 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) Project in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of the 400 kV overhead transmission line project.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, civil works, tower erection, conductor/OPGW stringing, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all key milestones are achieved.
• Identify and manage technical, commercial, contractual, and construction-related issues.
• Review project schedules, progress reports, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate activities between all project disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and HSE requirements.
• Manage project resources, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar high-voltage overhead transmission line projects.
• Experience in 400 kV transmission line projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OHL construction and project execution.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, progress monitoring, and contractual requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
