Project Definition & Planning
- Identify/Define scope of work to be delivered for projects.
- Handle Project Start Up, Project Planning & Organization, Project Scheduling, Budget Estimating & Planning, Quality Plan, Resource Plan, Risk Management Plan.
- Capture the detailed functional specifications for projects and ensure clear communication on clarification of technical interfaces with the Stakeholders,
- Consultants and/or Contractor to avoid discrepancies during project execution.
- Act as the focal point among company, customer and other stakeholders during the implementation of the security system.
Project Execution & Monitoring
- Establish method statements for successful Project Implementation.
- Project Monitoring, Reporting and Control evidenced by Projects Progress Reports with sufficient clarity on Actual Vs Planned efforts, % of progress achieved, changes and issues, number of open risks, and issues recorded and resolved.
- Manage changes and risks effectively and escalate as appropriate in a timely fashion.
- Manage team members to achieve the assigned objectives and milestones.
- Review Implementation Team's Daily/Weekly reports and submit Weekly/Monthly reports to Management and Customers.
Compliances, Control & Communication
- Identify and Manage Quality Level. Define Quality Plans as necessary and administer appropriate Quality Assurance & Control measures throughout the Life Cycle of the Project.
- Ensure adherence to design conventions, scope, specifications and contractual obligations.
- Oversee the project to verify HSE compliance to standards.
- Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk. Update indicators, achievements, activities and results according to the Project Log.
- Monitor and control the project budgets; highlight variations to the management in order to avoid overspendings and initiate ideas on cost optimization while delivering projects to increase profitability; Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders
Project Documentation & Closeout
- Ensure availability of adequate documentation or records for project referencing as per the File Management guidelines provided.
- Initiate for Internal and External Project Closeout.
- Facilitate the active exchange of successful Project Management programs, practices, procedures, lessons learnt and other pertinent information of common interest with Peers.
Required Criteria:
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communication / Electrical / Computers/ IT Engineering
- 8+ years relevant industry experience in Project Management in MEP, Low Current and Audio Video Projects.
- PMP Certification preferred
- Industry knowledge and up-to-date with emerging technology trends in Low Current System not limited to CCTV, Access Control and other Security Solutions, ICT, Structural Cabling, Audio Video projects.
