Role Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve site-related issues
- Oversee procurement processes and contract administration
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management and Construction Project Management
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and effective communication with teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Budgeting and Construction Management to ensure resource optimization
- Ability to lead and oversee complex construction projects from initiation to completion
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of industry safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction-related software
- Experience in working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects in Saudi Arabia
