About the Job

Ensure full implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Safety Plan on-site along with its good interaction with the Consultant, Project Manager/s (PMs), Safety Officers and Third-Party Inspection agencies (if any).

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and Analyze Contract Documents: Thoroughly review and study all contract documents to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
  • Project Execution Oversight: Enforce the full implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure on-site policies and procedures are diligently implemented.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Manage the execution of the project within allocated time and budget constraints. Actively participate in forecasting requirements for budget preparation, schedule expenditures, and analyze variations.
  • Project Monitoring and Coordination: Track project costs to meet budget objectives and exercise effective cost control. Monitor progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure proper planning and allocation of resources.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Compliance: Coordinate smoothly between project site and head office, particularly in the purchase of construction equipment. Utilize industry best practices throughout project execution, ensuring full compliance with contract specifications and drawings.

Accountabilities :

  • Propose training plans to develop the project management team as needed.
  • Participate in budget preparation.
  • Continuously monitoring and controlling the project costs as per the approved budget.
  • Ensure timely executions of the project with the budget and highest quality standards in safe manner.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the same role
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an added value.
  • Proven expertise in project management, process improvement, budget tracking, planning, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; additional proficiency in Arabic is a valuable skill.

About You

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the complete implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Safety Plan on-site, fostering effective collaboration with the Consultant, Project Managers (PMs), Safety Officers, and Third-Party Inspection agencies when required.
