Project Manager

We're hiring an experienced Project Managrr to lead the delivery of ELV, IT, and Security Systems projects from planning through final certification. You'll own execution end-to-end — coordinating teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and to spec.

What You'll Do

• Conduct site visits and prepare project plans in coordination with stakeholders
• Lead kick-off meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to align on scope, timelines, and execution
• Manage full project execution: installation, staffing, hardware/software coordination
• Own testing, commissioning, inspection, and final certification
• Supervise Project Engineers and technicians on site
• Report progress to senior management and resolve issues with suppliers, contractors, or clients
• Communicate updates, progress, and variation orders directly with clients
• Train technicians and client personnel on system use
• Provide after-sales support

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT
• 5–7 years experience across security systems (CCTV, Access Control, ANPR, Biometrics, Barriers, etc.)
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Milestone/Genetec, LENEL/Kerisys/Paxton (a plus)
• Strong project and people management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, strong command of English
