Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – PMO with extensive experience in delivering enterprise-grade solutions within the banking sector, particularly Temenos implementations.

This role is designed for a high-performing leader who thrives under pressure, excels in stakeholder engagement, and operates effectively within complex matrix organizations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical project delivery experience with exceptional interpersonal skills and organizational alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Strong background in banking / financial services sector
• Proven hands-on experience with Temenos implementations
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience working within PMO structures and governance models
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Experience with enterprise tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ALM, or equivalent
