Hiring: Project Manager – Corporate Lending | Dubai, UAE
Location: Dubai, UAE
A leading global banking institution is expanding its Corporate Lending footprint and is seeking a Dubai-based Program Management professional to lead the launch and implementation of a Corporate Lending product in an additional legal entity across the GCC region.
The assignment spans end-to-end delivery over 24 months (until go-live), including regulatory approvals, stakeholder coordination, and technology implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones
- Identify and manage stakeholders across regulators, legal, IT, operations, and compliance
- Manage regulatory, operational, and technology risks with mitigation planning
- Lead regulatory review of country-specific lending laws
- Support preparation and submission of regulatory approval documentation
- Liaise with regulators and support banking leadership interactions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, Compliance)
- Provide regular project reporting (status, risks, dependencies, budget)
- Manage vendor relationships for lending systems (LOS, CRM, servicing, reporting)
- Ensure data security and regulatory compliance in all technology implementations
- Drive operational readiness for compliant lending rollout
Experience Required:
- 5–8 years of Project / Program Management experience in banking
Preferred Experience:
- GCC / Saudi banking experience
- Corporate Lending / Commercial Lending exposure
Mandatory Requirement:
- Strong experience in Banking Regulatory Compliance (CBUAE / GCC / global banking regulator exposure)
- Hands-on experience in Corporate / Commercial Lending transformation or implementation projects
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end banking transformation programs with multi-workstream governance (Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT, Operations)
- Exposure to lending systems (Loan Origination Systems / CRM / Core Banking integration / reporting platforms)
