Job Title: Project Manager – Cross-Country Pipelines (EPC)

Role Summary The Project Manager will lead the execution of large-scale, cross-country oil and gas pipeline EPC projects in the UAE. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle—from site infrastructure planning and resource mobilization to client management, execution, profit optimization, and commercial claim resolution—while ensuring strict compliance with high safety and corporate governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Commercial Management:
- Plan, track, and manage monthly project execution schedules, revenue generation, invoicing, and cash collections.
- Monitor budgets, track cash inflows, and implement proactive measures to control and eliminate cost variances.
- Work alongside the Contracts and Claims team to evaluate, draft, and submit justifiable project claims.
- Identify value-engineering and innovative opportunities to improve overall project profitability.
- Project Execution & Site Management:
- Oversee site infrastructure planning, resource estimation, and efficient mobilization of labor, equipment, and materials.
- Drive operational momentum to consistently hit quarterly and annual targets within approved cost structures.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all contractual correspondence with client representatives, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Leadership & Compliance:
- Supervise, inspire, and manage site teams and multidisciplinary engineering personnel.
- Enforce strict adherence to project SOPs, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) policies, and the organization's code of conduct and core values.
Key Competencies & Skills
- UAE Pipeline Expertise: In-depth familiarity with the UAE oil and gas cross-country pipeline market, local statutory regulations, and key industry stakeholders.
- Project Execution & Risk Control: Solid track record of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and mitigating risks on major pipeline buildouts.
- Stakeholder & Client Relations: Proven capability to negotiate contracts, coordinate with local government bodies, handle consultant interactions, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Team Leadership: Strong ability to motivate multi-cultural site personnel, engineering teams, and subcontractors under challenging project conditions.
- HSE Management: Thorough knowledge of international and regional HSE operational standards for hazardous pipeline execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
- Experience: 20+ years of progressive experience in EPC cross-country pipeline projects within the UAE.
- Mandatory Accreditation: Valid ADNOC approval as a Project Manager.
