Project Manager

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring a Project Manager for major High Speed Railway project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of HSR bridge and underground station construction works.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, geotechnical, MEP, rail systems, and subcontractors.
• Oversee construction of bridges, viaducts, underground stations (Top to Bottom), cut-and-cover structures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, design requirements, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, shop drawings, technical submittals, and work plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve milestones.
• Manage interfaces between civil works, rail systems, utilities, and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and prepare progress, cost, risk, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure strict implementation of QA/QC and HSE requirements across all project activities.
• Manage claims, variations, contractual correspondence, and change management processes.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in major infrastructure projects.
• At least 15 years of experience in High-Speed Rail, Metro, Railway, or Underground Infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing bridge, viaduct, tunnel, and underground station construction works.
• Experience with Design & Build and FIDIC contracts.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies for bridges, tunnels, and underground structures.
