WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER

Dar Trading Group is looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in high-end fit-out and finishing projects to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in high-end fit-out, finishing, and construction projects.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Project/Execution Manager, or Senior Civil Engineer.

• Strong hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and site management.

• Experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Strong attention to details, quality, finishing standards, and project requirements.

• Ability to prepare and monitor project schedules, progress plans, and look-ahead schedules.

• Experience in monitoring project progress, identifying delays, and supporting recovery plans.

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, quantity take-offs, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Experience in preparing progress payment certificates, technical reports, and project documentation.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Excel (Mandatory).

• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple project requirements.
