- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights based on facts data
- Attend all PMO Connect meetings to follow each topic and translate data analytic, maintenance, and presentation needs into reality.
- Define and own the source files (Excel, Power BI, PPT) supporting the data request exercise to capture accurate FTE baseline, FTE impact, and HC ramp-down.
- Work closely with the Transformation team during the design phase and the Transition team post TG2 to ensure all data are well maintained and ready to be extracted/presented to senior management.
- Drive the content creation for all critical meetings: TG1/2, key workshops, handover meetings, and townhalls.
- Design and Develop Advanced Reports: Lead the design and development of advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
- Data Modelling and DAX Calculations: Provide guidance on data modelling and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) calculations
- Troubleshooting and Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability
- HC ramp-down: In close collaboration with the project lead, define and own the files (Excel, Power BI, PPT) supporting the data request exercise to capture accurate FTE baseline, FTE impact, and HC ramp-down.
- HC ramp-up recruitment: Prepare HC ramp-up file for 120% and 100% recruitment phases
- Align recruitment numbers with the TA team; gather intelligence reports and update recruitment start dates to capture mitigation for limited roles. Update based on finalized roadmap.
- Support social preparation (Excel and presentation) - update commitments from sites/functions on HC ramp-down; maintain file to capture change requests.
- Support site/function communication after roadmap finalization.
- Provide additional support to streams when required.
About you:
Experience : 8+ years of experience working with BI Tools
Soft skills Technical skills : Mastery of data analysis tools and software, including Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft suite tools. Ability to break down complex information and communicate it clearly and concisely. Ensuring accuracy and precision in data analysis and updates. Ability to create and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate data insights and recommendations. Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education : Engineering/B.Tech/M.Tech Degree
- Languages : Verbal and written fluency in English
