Hiring: Senior Program Manager Digital Transformation & AI (Arabic Speakers)

Location: Abu Dhabi and Al Ain

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale Digital Transformation, Cloud Modernization, and AI-enabled enterprise initiatives for a leading organization in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements:

. 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management within enterprise environments.

. Proven experience managing digital transformation and cloud initiatives.

. Certification in PMP / Prince2 / Six Sigma (at least one mandatory).

. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
