Job Purpose:
The Project Manager will lead fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects across the Jetex network, including luxury FBOs, private terminals, and VIP lounges. The role will manage the full project lifecycle from concept and design through tendering, construction, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
The position requires a hands-on professional who can supervise site activities, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with design intent, luxury brand standards, operational requirements, and regulatory requirements.
Job Duties & Accountabilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept development and design through permitting, tendering, construction, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and execution plans in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Lead tendering and RFP processes, including scope preparation, contractor evaluation, selection, negotiation, and appointment.
- Coordinate and manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise construction and fit-out activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor contractor performance and proactively resolve technical, commercial, quality, and site-related issues.
- Manage project budgets, cost plans, forecasts, payment applications, variations, and change requests.
- Ensure alignment between design intent, operational requirements, Jetex brand standards, project costs, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and present project progress reports, risks, budget updates, and key decisions to senior management.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, close-out, and operational handover.
- Ensure all required close-out documentation is received, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, certifications, and handover records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing fit-out, refurbishment, or construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering projects from concept through construction completion and handover.
- Hands-on experience in site supervision, tendering, contractor selection, and contractor management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, permitting, cost control, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, aviation, hotels, or similar environments is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
