Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead multiple digitalization projects across global teams. This role requires strong project execution capabilities combined with a solid technical background to effectively manage end-to-end delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure successful execution of projects within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality across all assigned projects
- Drive structured planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of project progress
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across regions and functions
- Understand business needs and translate them into actionable project deliverables
- Provide clear and regular communication, including status updates, risks, and escalations
- Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders and leadership
Team & Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business teams
- Facilitate collaboration and remove roadblocks impacting delivery
- Support teams in adopting agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Enable high-performing teams focused on delivery excellence
Governance & Control
- Establish project governance frameworks, including milestones, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk)
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Technical:
- Hands-on experience or solid understanding of C#, .NET ecosystem
- Experience with SharePoint and enterprise collaboration platforms
- Understanding of web technologies and enterprise applications
Nice to have:
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master / SAFe)
- Experience working in digitalization or product-driven environments
- Exposure to global delivery models and distributed teams
- Background in Mining, Construction, or Industrial domains
