Job Description

About the Company: Doha Petroleum is looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of key EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage client interfaces, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery in compliance with quality and HSE standards.

About the Role: The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the full lifecycle of EPC projects, ensuring alignment with contractual deadlines and compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and company procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of EPC projectsfrom engineering through procurement, construction, and commissioning to final handover.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) and ensure alignment with contractual deadlines.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, handle variations and change orders.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure engineering, procurement, and site execution remain on track.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and company procedures.
  • Lead site teams for both onshore and offshore projects, including shutdowns and brownfield works.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to maintain project continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 1520 years of experience in EPC project management within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong track record delivering high-value projects for major operators (e.g., ADNOC, Aramco, QP, Shell).
  • Experienced in managing multi-discipline teams across engineering, fabrication, and construction.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project control tools.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
