Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) within hospitality projects
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and system integration
- Experience in managing end-to-end project execution for hotels, including design review, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover
- Ability to coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and internal teams
- Experience leading project engineers and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of GRMS projects from award to handover
- Act as the primary technical and project management contact for customers and stakeholders
- Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
- Coordinate GRMS integration with BMS, PMS, IPTV, networking, servers, and cloud-based platforms
- Review technical designs, ensure system compliance, and oversee testing and commissioning activities
- Lead project meetings, mock-ups, site inspections, and progress reviews
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and customer communications
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers and internal teams
- Travel to project sites as require
Skills & Qualificatiions
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or related field
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, VLANs, servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies, Putty, SSH, command-line troubleshooting, and basic Linux/Windows server administration
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience: 7+ years in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS)
