Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead E-Invoicing and VAT related initiatives. The role involves managing project deliverables, tracking progress, presenting program status to stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of finance-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of E-Invoicing and VAT projects.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and present program status reports to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance, tax, and technology teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead project teams and support people management and coordination.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise or finance-related projects.
- Understanding of invoicing processes and VAT/tax concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
- Finance or accounting background is preferred.
