Job Title: Project Manager

Reporting Line: Projects Director / Projects GM
Job Location: On-site (Egypt & Abroad)
Responsibilities:
- Set and manage project timelines to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor project progress, conduct meetings, and provide reports to stakeholders.
- Identify risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Manage client expectations, government approvals, and stakeholder relations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to construction sequences, budgets, and schedules.
- Coach and support project team members with assigned tasks to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (PMP preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years in construction, project management, infrastructure, industrial development, or real estate development.
- Certification: MBA is a plus.
- Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical expertise.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
- Languages: Excellent English proficiency.
