Project Manager Emergency Services & Resilience (ESR)

About The Role

Jaheziya is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage Emergency Services & Resilience (ESR) operational projects and contracts across the UAE. The role will oversee project mobilization, operational readiness, and contract delivery, ensuring performance against agreed scope, schedules, budgets, KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from mobilization through go-live and ongoing operations.
• Coordinate workforce, training, facilities, fleet, equipment and other mobilization requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and deliverables.
• Act as the key day-to-day contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor contractual requirements, KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare project performance reports and management updates.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in project, contract or operations management, including 3 years managing complex service-delivery projects/contracts.
• Experience with 24/7 operational services, preferably emergency services, fire & rescue, defense, critical infrastructure, industrial operations or public safety.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong client, project, budget, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
