Project Manager/Engineer

It provides professional engineering and architectural consulting services for a range of projects across the region. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Kuwait City. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural and engineering projects from initiation through completion. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with design teams and consultants, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards. The role involves monitoring progress on-site, resolving issues, reporting status to leadership and clients, and aligning logistics, expediting, and inspection activities with project objectives. The Project Manager will also support risk management, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 10 to 15 years experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong project leadership capabilities, including Project Management skills for planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control to verify work meets technical and regulatory requirements.
• Competence in Logistics Management to coordinate the movement, storage, and availability of project resources.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction or engineering projects, ideally in the Gulf region or similar regulatory environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build productive relationships with clients and contractors.
• Familiarity with project management software and standard office applications; professional certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are a plus.
