Event Execution & Logistics

  • Manage complex event logistics, including production, suppliers, vendors, staffing, schedules, permits, and on-site operations
  • Oversee on-site execution to ensure smooth delivery and rapid issue resolution
  • Ensure all events meet brand, safety, and quality standards

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Liaise internally with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, legal, and commercial teams
  • Coordinate externally with vendors, agencies, production partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders
  • Support partnership development, sponsorship activations, and brand collaborations linked to events and entertainment initiatives
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders in the absence of senior leadership when required

Commercial & Financial Oversight

  • Contribute to commercial planning, budgeting, cost control, and revenue-focused decision-making
  • Track budgets and expenses, ensuring financial discipline and value creation across all projects
  • Support post-event reporting, evaluations, and recommendations for future improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience in entertainment, live events, experiential projects, or hospitality-driven environments
  • Strong hospitality background is plus, ideally within entertainment venues, lifestyle experiences, F&B concepts, festivals, or cultural events
  • Proven project management experience with end-to-end ownership of event planning and execution
  • Demonstrated expertise in logistics-heavy and operationally complex environments
  • Experience working on events involving partnerships, sponsorships, or brand collaborations

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven ability to prepare clear event briefs, project documentation, and presentation materials
