Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Project Manager to lead and manage ERP-related projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP, HRMS, or CAFM solutions and a solid background in software development or consultancy environments. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for ERP/HRMS/CAFM implementations.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with development, and support teams.
- Ensure adherence to project delivery standards and best practices.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution discussions and estimations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software project management.
- Strong experience in ERP and HRMS systems with workflow/process automation exposure.
- Hands-on experience in workflow design, approvals, and business process mapping.
- Proven experience in ERP / HRMS / CAFM implementations.
- Strong technical background in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in a software consultancy or development firm.
- Ability to lead and manage technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
