Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within scope, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, production, and supply chain, to ensure project alignment
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges proactively
• Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory compliance and quality standards throughout their lifecycle
• Analyze project data, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions to optimize performance
• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports
• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively
• Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts
