Project Manager (Events)

Job Description

• Plan, manage, and deliver event projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and resources effectively.
• Oversee site setup, operations, and dismantling while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Handle client meetings, approvals, and post-event reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Civil, Event Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in events/exhibitions/activations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in Qatar/GCC is an advantage.
