Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage expropriation projects in all technical and administrative aspects, ensuring execution in line with the approved scope of work, schedule, quality standards, and applicable regulations, while effectively managing risks and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage the project from initiation through closure.
  • Develop the project plan and schedule and ensure regular updates.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues, and make timely decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.

Technical Supervision:

  • Oversee the execution of technical, surveying, and administrative activities.
  • Supervise field teams and ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with approved standards and governing frameworks.

Coordination and Reporting:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and the project owner.
  • Oversee implementation of the communication and approval plan.
  • Prepare and submit periodic progress reports.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing similar projects, preferably in expropriation or government-related projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or surveying engineering.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
