Project Manager Facilities Management , O&M

Job Purpose:

ALPHA DEEM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a consultancy project providing supervision and technical support for Facilities Management, Operations and Maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the consultancy team and supervise O&M contractors across the project's facilities and infrastructure.
• Review maintenance plans, monitor service delivery, and assess contractor performance against contractual requirements, SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage project scope, resources, risks, reporting and client coordination.
• Review contractors proposals, identify performance gaps, and oversee corrective action plans.
• Ensure the required quality, safety and service continuity standards are maintained.

Requirements :

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in project management.
• Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognized U.S. or European university, as required by the project.
• Demonstrated experience managing FM/O&M contracts for operational facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• A valid professional project management certification, such as PMP, and membership in a relevant professional association.
• Experience in similar projects; experience leading consultancy supervision teams is preferred.
• Strong planning, negotiation, scope management and analytical skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with CMMS/CAFM platforms, such as IBM Maximo, is an advantage.
