Project Manager

Lead the overall planning, execution and closure of facade projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timeline, budget and quality standards;

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, construction, suppliers and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress;

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor facade installation quality, safety compliance and adherence to construction drawings and specifications;

Manage project risks by identifying potential issues in advance, developing mitigation plans and adjusting project strategies promptly when deviations occur;

Prepare and review project documents such as progress reports, material purchase orders, change orders and final acceptance documents;

Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and environmental requirements throughout the facade project lifecycle;

Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns and ensure client satisfaction with the facade project outcomes.

Minimum 5 years offacade project managementexperience in the UAE /Middle East;

Familiar with relevant curtain wall and construction codes/standards in the UAE/Middle East;

Fluent English (both written and spoken)to communicate with multi-national workers; proficiency in Arabic is preferred;

Member ofSociety of Engineers-UAE;

Possession ofengineercertificates related tothefacade industry in the UAE;

Prior experience in large-scale facade enterprises is preferred.
