Project Manager with in-depth knowledge of Finacle as a Core Banking System and a comprehensive understanding of how various systems integrate with Finacle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing projects within the banking sector and a strong grasp of systems such as Flexcube, Retail Lending Systems (RLS), Eximbills, FIS, Prime, and MARS.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Finacle core banking projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and mitigate risks.
- Optimize system performance and integration with Flexcube, RLS, Eximbills, FIS, Prime, and MARS.
- Oversee system integration, data flow, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure project transparency.
- Apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies for project execution.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in project management, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Bachelor&aposs in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
