Project Manager | Fit-Out & Construction Projects | UAE

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee fit-out and construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Civil Engineering or Architecture, extensive UAE project delivery experience, and the ability to manage projects from planning through execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fit-out and construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with applicable regulations and safety requirements.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure timely procurement, contractor coordination, and project closeout activities.
• Utilize AutoCAD to review, interpret, and coordinate project drawings.
• Drive project performance while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

✅ Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in project management

✅ Proven experience managing fit-out and construction projects

✅ Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD

✅ Valid UAE Driving Licence

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
