Role Description

KH Concept Interiors is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager for fit-out projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and involves overseeing all stages of interior fit-out projects, from initiation to completion. Daily responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals. The Project Manager will also manage logistics, ensure smooth communication between teams, and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, executing, and completing projects on time and within budget
• Experience with Expediting and holding a strong track record as an Expeditor
• Skills in Inspection and quality assurance for fit-out projects
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to handle materials, resources, and scheduling
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in interior fit-out projects and construction industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
