Project Manager - Fitout ( Retail and Commercial)

Company Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (5years + in UAE / GCC) with a strong background in turnkey fitout in Retail, Commercial and Residential projects to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality developments from concept to completion, working closely with design, construction, suppliers and operational stakeholders.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and operators.

Key Responsibilities

Manage turnkey fitout in retail, commercial, residential and Hospitality projects from feasibility and design through to handover

Lead project planning, programming, budgeting, and cost control

Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers and contractors

Oversee project procurement, contracts, risk management, and change control

Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and quality standards

Manage client expectations and provide clear, regular project reporting

Support value engineering while maintaining design and operational intent

Drive problem-solving in fast-paced and live environments

About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager within fitout of Retail, commercial, Residential and/or Hospitality sectors

Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering(required / preferred adjust as needed)

Strong understanding of fit-out, finishes, and operational requirements

Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Commercially astute with strong cost and programme control experience

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable in dynamic environments
