Ontime Healthcare is on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing fit-out projects within the UAE, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and adherence to quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the interior fit-out industry, specifically within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, construction practices, and materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead project teams
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards relevant to interior fit-out projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
