Job Duties
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of fiber network deployment including site surveys, design, civil works, fiber laying, splicing, testing, and service activation.
- Establish and enforce project management standards, processes, and best practices across project teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, operations, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring quality of work and adherence to project schedules.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain project progress.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to telecom infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to ensure efficient project execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for FTTH rollout projects.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-functional teams and maintain strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Vendor & Contractor Management
- Supervise contractors and field teams responsible for fiber installation, civil works, and network deployment.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruption.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to telecom standards, fiber deployment specifications, and safety regulations.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Provide regular progress reports, maintain project documentation, and present updates to senior leadership.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in FTTH or telecom infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale fiber rollout or broadband network deployment projects.
- Strong knowledge of FTTH technologies, including GPON, fiber splicing, optical distribution networks (ODN), and fiber infrastructure components.
- Experience in coordinating multiple contractors and field deployment teams.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end FTTH deployment lifecycle (survey, design, civil works, installation, testing, and commissioning).
- Working Conditions
- Full-time position with regular site visits to fiber deployment locations.
- May require flexible working hours during critical project phases or rollout milestones.
