Job Profile Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager (German Speaker) to join our Operations team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex operational projects and cases beyond standard processes, actively driving process improvements, optimization initiatives, and cross-functional alignment, with a strong focus on leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in project management, process management, or process optimization within a fast-paced environment. You thrive in structured and unstructured problem-solving, enjoy improving systems at scale, and are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders. Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows is required. Strong German and English communication skills are essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of complex operational cases and projects, including contract changes, special requests, and system-related exceptions
  • Lead process management and process optimization initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable improvements
  • Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency
  • Use SQL (nice to have) for data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and process improvements
  • Analyze existing workflows, define optimization opportunities, and drive execution of improvements
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, and Customer Care to resolve operational and project-related challenges
  • Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing insights and reports for leadership
  • Support and lead operational ad-hoc projects, including the development of new standards in operations and contract management
  • Ensure accurate execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of non-standard processes within internal systems
  • Drive alignment between teams to ensure efficient end-to-end process execution

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, process management, process optimization, or a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong hands-on experience in process management and process optimization (must have)
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and operational processes (must have)
  • SQL skills are a strong plus (nice to have) for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical and structured working style with the ability to simplify complex processes
  • Highly proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a strong plus
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
