Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to join Global Blue in Saudi Arabia.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation and handover.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and other business functions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities where required.
• Analyze business and financial data to support decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and change management initiatives.
• Communicate project progress and key updates to senior management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

What we're looking for

• +2 years of Project Management experience in an international organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Strong experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with project management tools; knowledge of Salesforce or MicroStrategy is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience within FinTech, Financial Services, Payments, or Operations is highly preferred.
