Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Manager located in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing resources, liaising with stakeholders, supervising logistics, expediting project deliverables, and ensuring quality through regular inspections. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting project progress will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling budgets.
- Strong experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to streamline project operations and ensure efficiency.
- Expertise in Inspection and ensuring project deliverables align with quality standards.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Logistics Management, including coordination and supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in project management roles, especially within construction or logistics industries, is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is an advantage.
