Summary: This role seeks an ambitious and motivated Project Manager to facilitate strategic technology and business transformation initiatives for leading government entities in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on governance and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of complex business and technology transformation projects.
- Coordinate project governance activities and ensure compliance with established delivery frameworks.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and action logs (RAID).
- Drive change control processes and maintain project documentation.
- Prepare executive reports, steering committee presentations, and status updates.
- Build strong relationships with government stakeholders and client representatives.
- Coordinate project meetings and ensure actions are tracked to completion.
- Work closely with cross-functional delivery teams and senior programme managers.
- Support resource planning and project coordination activities.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery.
Must Haves:
- 3–8 years of Project Management or PMO experience.
- Experience delivering projects within Government, Public Sector, Financial Services, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing executive presentations and project reports.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working with Saudi government entities.
- Consulting experience within Big 4 or Technology Consulting firms.
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
