Job Title: Project Manager – Informatica Programs (10–15 Years Experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive delivery for Informatica platform initiatives. This role is responsible for accelerating delivery and overseeing support activities for Informatica products, ensuring efficient execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage overall delivery plans for Informatica programs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Manage sprint planning, release cycles, and backlog prioritization in alignment with business objectives
- Track and monitor SLAs, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and performance metrics
- Oversee resource planning and utilization, including capacity management and workload balancing
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure audit compliance, governance standards, and process adherence across the program
- Manage support operations, ensuring smooth transitions and effective issue resolution
- Own final handover processes, including knowledge transfers (KT) and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, support, and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in data or Informatica environments
- Strong experience managing Informatica-based delivery and support programs
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and release management
- Proven experience in SLA management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL/ELT, and data platform concepts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications
- Experience in managed services or support engagement models
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exposure to data governance and compliance frameworks
