PROJECT MANAGER

. Plan, manage, and oversee daily site operations to ensureworks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with projectrequirements.

. Coordinate and supervise site activities, subcontractors,suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.

. Work closely with the consultants,subcontractors, and other relevant parties to resolve site and technicalissues.

. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanshipand quality of completed works.

. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and siteresources to meet project requirements and timelines.

. Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and progress meetings as required.

. Maintain proper site documentation, including daily sitereports, progress records, inspection records, and other relevant documents.

. Coordinate with relevant authorities and agencies forsite-related matters as required.

. Ensure good housekeeping, proper site organization, andcompliance with workplace safety requirements.

. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in support ofproject requirements.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with relevantconstruction/project management software.
