Job Title: Project Manager High-Rise Construction

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in high-rise building construction in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring completion within approved time, cost, quality, and safety standards while complying with local authorities regulations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage the complete lifecycle of high-rise residential/commercial projects from mobilization to handover.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Site & Construction Management
- Oversee structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
Authority Approvals & Compliance
- Liaise with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, ADDC, Trakhees, DDA, and other authorities as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
Cost & Contract Management
- Control project costs, variations, and claims.
- Review BOQs, payment certifications, change orders, and final accounts.
- Manage contractors performance as per contract terms (FIDIC knowledge preferred).
Quality, Safety & Risk Management
- Implement and monitor QA/QC and HSE plans on site.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure zero-accident culture and compliance with safety regulations.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective communication across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 1015 years of UAE experience, with minimum 5 years as Project Manager on high-rise buildings.
- Proven experience in G+20 and above projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority approvals.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
