Project Manager (HR Automation Implementation) - 3-Months Contract
Salary: S$4,000 - S$5,000/month
About the Role
Achieve is embarking on an exciting HR digital transformation journey and is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new HR automation system. This role will be responsible for driving the project from planning through to successful go-live, working closely with internal stakeholders and the system vendor to ensure a smooth implementation within the project timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HR automation system from project kick-off to go-live.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Operations, Finance and Management) to gather business requirements and map existing processes.
- Work closely with the system vendor to configure and customise workflows where required.
- Oversee the implementation of modules including:Employee onboardingRostering & schedulingAttendance & timesheet managementLeave managementPayrollReporting & dashboards
- Develop project timelines, track milestones and ensure deliverables are met.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate issue resolution and ensure system readiness.
- Prepare user guides, training materials and conduct end-user training.
- Drive change management and support users throughout the transition.
- Ensure a successful system go-live and provide post-implementation support during the stabilisation period.
