Project Manager (Senior role) - Infrastructure & Land Development – PMC, Riyadh (KSA)

We're partnering with a leading international PMC on the search for a Project Manager to lead a major infrastructure development, tied to a large residential area in Riyadh.

You'll take ownership of delivery through design, construction, testing, commissioning and handover, leading a multidisciplinary site team and acting as the key link between programme leadership and the teams delivering on the ground.

What we're looking for -

• 20+ years of experience
• Strong background delivering infrastructure projects
• PMC experience is essential
• Saudi Arabia experience is essential
• Strong FIDIC contract knowledge and commercial administration experience
• A track record coordinating with authorities, utility providers and multiple contractors
• Based in or able to relocate to Riyadh
