About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary construction and materials-handling project within the airport environment.
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring strong communication, coordination, and project alignment.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution including scheduling, resourcing, and performance management.
- Conduct schedule reviews, manage claims and change orders, and ensure compliance with FIDIC contractual frameworks.
- Manage engineering activities to ensure technical, safety, and quality compliance.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional site teams, promoting collaboration and high performance.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and project progress reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years experience as a Project Manager on multi-disciplined construction or infrastructure projects.
- 10+ years project engineering experience.
- Proven track record delivering projects valued at 30M+.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
- Strong experience with FIDIC contracts.
- Materials handling and/or baggage handling systems experience is a significant advantage.
- Skilled in scheduling reviews, claims, change management, and people planning.
- PMP certification is beneficial but not essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build strong customer relationships.
